Outside Sales Representative
Sell marketing and engineering type services for a regional design firm specializing in land development.
Must be at least 18, have a valid drivers license, and at least 1 year experience where you gained knowledge of construction industry and terminology. Employer will consider those with experience in construction, real-estate, or mortgage industries. Must be able to read blueprints and discuss building plans with contractors, engineers, architects, and land developers. Will be required to be heavily involved in networking, attend Chamber luncheons, and close deals. Employer has a marketing plan in place that generates leads. Compensation is Salary plus Commission and salary amount to be discussed with employer.
3D Artist / Modeler
Experience/Skill Requirements
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills, as well as mastery of the creative disciplines.
- Candidates should have 1+ year Modeling and Texturing experience.
- Expertise in 3DSMax and related programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Real World Lightning Techniques a plus.
- Well-developed problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to produce to tight deadlines within a team environment.
- Professionalism when interfacing with clients.
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a 3D Artist/Modeler for our growing Visual Production Studio. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Visual Production Director to create 3D architectural models and imagery for projects including storyboards, architectural illustrations, interactive CD-ROMS and DVDs, Web-based applications and HD Film & Video Productions. He/She will work closely with clients (Architects, Designers, Developers and Builders), collaborating on projects from concept through completion.
Web Developer
Experience/Skill Requirements
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to start and finish projects on time.
- Candidates should have experience with CSS, Java Script, PHP/MySQL.
- Experience in the following programs - Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready, and Illustrator.
- Exposure to OS Commerce, Joomla or similar platforms for eCommerce and CMS a plus.
- Experience using Dreamweaver, Flash and ActionScript a plus.
- Willing to learn new toolsets and technologies.
- Professionalism and the ability to remain proactive when interfacing with clients.
