Please Meet our Professional Management Staff. We have a combined experience of over 95 years in the disciplines of land planning, civil engineering, graphic design, architectural photography, 3d modeling and animation, web and multimedia design.

		Jarrod Barr President and Founder Jarrod Barr, our company founder and President, has a diverse business and marketing background as the former company president of Summit Equipment Company, an internationally marketed company. Jarrod started The Terra Firm, Inc. by himself using his graphical design talent and marketing background to launch the company. Later as the company client base grew he hired our current staff and expanded the company to a Northwest Regional company. Following Jarrod's outline and vision, the company is currently expanding again to accommodate growth in the entire western states region with operations extending out to the Kansas City, Kansas area. Once the expansion is complete the company will have satellite offices in Kansas, Washington, California, Wyoming and Nevada, with Idaho being the corporate headquarters.
		Merrill Monday Vice President Merrill Monday, Co-Owner and Business Partner to Jarrod Barr, has been involved in the field of Construction for the past 18 years. He has an extensive background in all aspects of construction and currently holds active Contracting Licenses in California and Idaho. Merrill brings a variety of talents and experience to the Terra Firm, including his experience as a Builder, Developer and Sales/Project Manager for several large California Construction Companies.
		Kerby Kirkham Vice President of Engineering and Principal Engineer Kerby Kirkham is the Principal Engineer and Vice President of Engineering for Terra Firma Engineering. Kerby is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Idaho and received his B.S. in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Kerby has nine years of experience in civil engineering design and project management. Kerby has successfully completed numerous residential, commercial, industrial and public projects.
		Scott Cook Senior Land Planner Scott Cook is the Senior Planner for Terra Firma Engineering. Scott was educated at Northern Arizona University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Applied Geography. Scott has seventeen years of public and private planning experience. Prior to coming to Terra Firma Engineering, Scott worked for both municipal and county governments. One of his current projects at Terra Firma Engineering is the development of a 1500-acre master planned community near the City of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho.
		Dwain Loughney Civil Design Supervisor Dwain our Senior Civil Designer has over 7 years experience in the civil design industry including subdivision design, software training, and implementation strategies. Graduated from ITT technical Institute with an Associate’s degree in Computer Aided Drafting, and continued his education has also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and his Masters of Business Administration. On top of Dwain’s education, he has also gained a working knowledge of Autodesk software and now is a part time instructor at ITT Technical Institute teaching civil design and architectural drafting classes. The combination of education, skills, and personality make Dwain a powerful part of the team adding unique ideas and opportunities.
		Courtney Classen Senior Civil Designer Courtney is our latest addition to the Civil Engineering Department. Courtney joined the company in July of 2007. She has recently graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate's Degree in Computer Drafting and Design. She has been a valuable addition to the drafting team, always ready to pick up on anything that needs to be done.
		Eric Carlberg Visual Production Manager Eric comes to the Terra Firm with a diverse background. With experience as a Carpenter, Cable Technician, Networking and PC Support, he decided to enter the 3D world and graduated as Salutatorian at Expression’s College of Digital Arts where he studied 3D Animation and Visual Effects. Eric puts these skills to use as our Visual Production Manager, overseeing the details of each project, ensuring the end result matches the client’s vision. With a keen eye for detail and creative edge, he finds a way to inject a higher standard of quality into each successive project. Eric’s motto is “Work smarter, not harder.”
		Marco Vazquez Visual Production Assistant Manager, and Interactive Media Supervisor Graduated from CETI in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico with a BS degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Marcos has been an important part of the Terra Firm in the field of Web and Multimedia design. Having two Adobe certifications under his belt, and 7 years of experience he is always looking for the right tool for the right job in all of our multimedia projects. Whether 3D, web, or interactive media, he gets the project done. Also, he enjoys working as an Adjunct Instructor at the ITT-Technical Institute teaching multimedia classes.
		Danielle Bragg Graphic Design Supervisor Danielle joined the Terra Firm with a strong background in advertising and graphic design. She graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Advertising. After graduating, Danielle started her graphic design career with Melaleuca, Inc., a wellness company based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Danielle recently completed the design for the first Eagle Chamber Relocation Guide and is working on the new marketing campaigns for the company. Danielle is heading the marketing division for the company.
		Ryan Baker Web Developement Supervisor Ryan studied computer engineering at Cal Poly and at Boise State University, and brings years of experience and expertise in PHP, HTML, OS Commerce, web management, and graphic design to our team. His unique blend of technical knowledge and aesthetically pleasing design skills allow us to create unique, multi-functional websites for our clients. His light humor and people-pleasing attitude contributes greatly to the spirit of the Terra Firm.
		Aaron Lutz 3D Artist Supervisor Aaron is our newest addition to the Visual Production Department here at The Terra Firm. Recently graduating from ITT-Technical Institute with his Associates in Multimedia, Aaron has become our lead 3D Artist. His emphasis in 3D modeling and animation at ITT led to a passion and creative knack in a 3D environment. Using these skills, in conjunction with his adaptive learning style, Aaron has helped to streamline some of the processes in the production of 3D assets, creating some more efficient methods to get the work done. His enthusiasm and attention to detail brings a new look to the Terra Firm style.
